Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties & Purpose
This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is executed between Road Noir (Seller, Email: cenkkurt725@gmail.com) and the customer ("Buyer") who places an order through the website. This Agreement governs the sales, delivery, and consumer rights regarding the products purchased online.

2. Made-to-Order & Operational Workflow
All products offered by Road Noir are custom printed on demand upon receiving the Buyer's order. Because each item is manufactured uniquely following your purchase, we do not keep ready-made stock. Buyers are strictly advised to review product descriptions and size guides prior to confirming their orders.

3. Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
In alignment with global consumer protection guidelines and our operational workflow:
• Damaged or Defective Items: If a product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, the Buyer must notify the Seller at cenkkurt725@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. A free replacement or a full refund will be issued promptly without requiring a physical return.
• Change of Mind: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of print-on-demand production, returns or exchanges for sizing issues or a change of mind cannot be accommodated once production begins.
• Order Cancellations: Cancellations can be requested by emailing cenkkurt725@gmail.com and are fully refunded only if the order has not yet entered the production phase.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days and dispatched via trusted national and international logistics carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, or local postal services). Estimated delivery windows are provided during checkout. Road Noir ensures that items are securely packaged and handed over to carriers; any transit loss confirmed by tracking logs will be resolved with a free reshipment.

5. Secure Payment Infrastructure
All transaction payments, security protocols, and checkout data processing are handled through our authorized payment gateway partner, iyzico. Credit and debit cards are processed under industry-standard encryption.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement and all transactions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, commercial regulations and international e-commerce standards, balancing the merchant’s local legal establishment requirements and the consumer protection acts of the delivery destination.
